Savr\u0161en je izbor za ru\u010dak ili ve\u010deru kada \u017eelite ne\u0161to kremasto, a istodobno svje\u017ee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sastojci (4 porcije):<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1 mali luk<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 re\u017enja \u010de\u0161njaka<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 stabljike celera<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>100 g maslaca<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>400 g ri\u017ee za ri\u017eoto<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>200 ml bijelog vina<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1000 ml povrtnog temeljca<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>300 g zelenih \u0161paroga<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>200 g smrznutog gra\u0161ka<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>sol<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>mljeveni crni papar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>120 g naribanog parmezana<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 \u017elica naribane limunove korice<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 \u017elice nasjeckanog per\u0161ina<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Priprema:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Luk i \u010de\u0161njak ogulite i sitno nasjeckajte. Stabljike celera operite i sitno nasjeckajte. U loncu otopite polovicu maslaca, dodajte luk, \u010de\u0161njak i celer te kratko popr\u017eite.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dodajte ri\u017eu i kratko je pr\u017eite uz stalno mije\u0161anje. Zatim ri\u017eu prelijte vinom i kuhajte dok se vino ne upije. Postupno dodajte povrtni temeljac, malo po malo, i kuhajte polako uz stalno mije\u0161anje, dok se teku\u0107ina ne upije. Postupak ponavljajte dok ri\u017ea ne bude gotovo mekana.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u0160paroge kratko skuhajte u posoljenoj vodi. Zatim ih prebacite u hladnu vodu, ostavite da se ohlade i nare\u017eite ih na manje komade. Dodajte ih ri\u017eotu zajedno s gra\u0161kom, kratko prokuhajte, promije\u0161ajte i po ukusu za\u010dinite solju i paprom.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ri\u017eoto maknite s plo\u010de za kuhanje. Dodajte drugu polovicu maslaca i dio naribanog parmezana pa jo\u0161 jednom promije\u0161ajte.
